GuestBook Enables Hotels to Obtain and Display Guest Reviews
 

GuestBook enables hotels to increase their website conversions by providing them with a system to obtain and display guest reviews to their website visitors.  Hotels invite guests to submit reviews when guests complete post-stay email surveys or provide invitations to guests to post a review directly with GuestBook.   Hotels then provide a link on their website to the guest reviews which are displayed on a separate page on GuestBook.  Website visitors who see guest reviews are then more likely to make a reservation on the hotel’s website.

 

Validated Guest Reviews
 

GuestBook makes sure that only guests who actually stay at a hotel are able to post reviews. So there are no fake reviews by competitors or disgruntled employees. Also hotels do not have the ability to post their own favorable reviews.

 
 

Facebook
 

Hotels can use our app to add links to their reviews on their Facebook page and guests can share their reviews with friends.

 

Hotel Comments
 

We allow the hotels to post comments to explain why they may have received a critical review.

 

GuestBook is Not an OTA
 

GuestsBook is provided on a subscription basis and does not book reservations or participate in affiliate marketing programs.

 
 

Only Recent Reviews
 

GuestBook provides only recent reviews, unlike some other sites that continue to post reviews for years, even after service or other problems have been resolved.

 

No Competition on a Hotel's GuestBook Webpage
 

A hotel's GuestBook webpage does not have any advertisements and there are no comparisons to other hotels. The page provides links only to the hotel’s own website and reservation system so it essentially functions as an extension of a hotel’s own website.
